Join us for Wild About Survival on the Cahaba River in Trussville! Learn life skills at this week-long survival camp. Campers, ages 9-11, will forage for food, fish with stick poles, dig for worms, and build debris shelters. Dr. Matt Brown, a long-time Boy Scout leader, teaches this camp on the banks of the Cahaba. They will learn which snakes are harmless and which are venomous. Other skills include preparing for bad weather, starting a campfire and emergency first aid.
